The exhibition maps the logic of dog training onto AI training: reward signals, repetition, clearly defined commands. She generates images with neural networks, then translates them into hand-painted canvases — not because painting is more authentic, but because the translation makes the training cycle visible. She also connects AI to medieval magic and alchemy, arguing that new technologies always arrive wrapped in the same irrational projections. We don’t just use AI — we enchant it, fear it, try to command it. Belvedere 21 becomes a “post-human office,” half bureaucracy half ritual space.

The question the show keeps circling isn’t whether AI can make art. It’s about who issues the commands — and whether “Come, Sit, Stay” is even the right language for thinking about what intelligence does when it’s no longer purely human.
