The practice is numbered and daily: D.1 through D.2,000, one artwork posted every day for about five and a half years. D.1999 went up Sept 4 captioned “ONE MORE STEP.” Today is D.2,000.

The mint itself is “1000 DAYS” — a mosaic stitched from his first 1,000 daily pieces. The parameters: 1000 editions at 0.001 ETH, minted on Base, image 5400x6337 px at 300dpi, stored on Arweave. Contract: 0xbac53d1722b351f32d84c3b49a5b7ea5a0af7521.

The part that makes it a story rather than a number is in his own listing description:

I struggled because this mosaic means a lot to me. These are ~3 years of my life, it’s not just a .png, It’s an emotional map picturing that exact time frame. it’s everything that happened to me during those years.

He made the mosaic at day 1,000 — exactly 1,000 days ago — and it sat un-minted for half the streak. The token was minted this morning; the artwork is 1,000 days older than its own chain record. Mint dates usually function as birth certificates in token metadata. This one is a third birthday.

Context

86ed congratulated him in /cryptoart this week, calling him the most consistent daily artist he follows. Push carries 25,000+ followers on Farcaster, and the drop went live a few hours before this scan caught it.
